ASU Newsletter: PAAC Mixer, Lion Dance Workshop, Ice Carving, and the Lunar New Year Celebration this week!

Lots of things to do this week, ASU'ers!  We have the PAAC Mixer, our Lunar New Year General Meeting/Lion Dance Workshop, our fifth Dance Practice, Carnevale Ice Carving Contest, and also our first Lunar New Year Celebration with PDPsi and VSA! If you wanna learn more, keep reading! General Meeting/Lion Dance Workshop this week!   ASU will be having our Second General Meeting of the Spring Semester on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 6PM at Curry 318. We will talk a little about the Lunar New Year Celebration we will be having with Pi Delta Psi and VSA, and also about the Year of the Snake!  We'll also have a short Lion Dance workshop at the end of the meeting, so if any of you guys wanted to ever see what it's like under the Lion Costume, here's your chance! Facebook Event   Lunar New Year Celebration The Lunar New Year is among Asia’s most widely celebrated holidays, spanning China, Korea, and Vietnam, this is one festival you certainly won’t want to miss. Join these diverse cultures as they come together to enjoy exquisite cuisine, fun activities, and outstanding performances to rejoice in the Lunar New Year - Year of the Snake!
